• ISO 9001 Standard - Quality Management System

  

  In Soria Natural we are certified according to ISO 9001, International Standardization Organization, issued by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR).
  This standard provides the basis for the successful implementation of our Quality Management System.

  The ISO 9001 management model includes all the key aspects for our company to have an effective Quality Management System based on the following principles: customer focus, leadership, staff participation, process management, continuous improvement and internal/external communication.
  Certification renewal audits are carried out annually to ensure correct implementation and compliance with this Standard.

• Norma ISO 14001 - Environmental management system

  

  Soria Natural is certified according to ISO 14001, International Standardization Organization, which verifies that we have an effective Environmental Management System, focused on a high level of environmental protection and compliance with the applicable regulations in this area.
  The ISO 14001 Standard, developed by the International Standardization Organization (ISO) and issued by the Spanish Association for Standardization and Certification (AENOR), includes all the key aspects for Soria Natural to have an Environmental Management System that guarantees the protection of our planet and the use of sustainable resources.

  It is based on the following principles:

  • Identify and comply with legal requirements
  • Identify and assess environmental aspects and their associated impacts throughout the product life cycle
  • Set annual environmental targets aimed to the improvement of our environmental performance.
  • Promote the responsibility of each employee and of the organization´s management.

  An independent Certification Entity accredited by the National Accreditation Entity (ENAC) carries out an annual renewal audit which ensures the correct implementation and compliance with this Standard.

• GMP Standards - Human Medicinal Products

  

  Soria Natural complies with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards, which establish the principles and guidelines for good manufacturing practices for human medicinal products.

  GMP standards, specific to pharmaceutical laboratories, ensure that our drug manufacturing process is rigorously controlled and strictly complies with the legal requirements established in terms of facilities, equipment and materials; procedures, operations and critical processes; personnel, storage, transport and delivery; data recording and claims management, etc.

  The Good Manufacturing Practices are granted and audited by the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS). In our case, by the Ministry of Health of the Junta de Castilla y León and its General Directorate of Public Health, since the competences have been transferred.

  In addition, we are certified to comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for Cosmetic Products by the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS).

  Soria Natural complies with the guidelines established in the UNE-EN ISO 22716 standard, which ensures that we strictly control and record the entire process of manufacturing, packaging, labeling, control, storage and shipping of our cosmetic products, ensuring maximum quality and safety.

• IFS Food Standard - Food safety

  

  In terms of food safety, Soria Natural is certified under the international IFS Food Standard.
  Recognized by the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and considered one of the most important in the international food industry, this standard certifies compliance with the highest standards of quality and food safety in our products and manufacturing processes.

  IFS Food is a certification frequently required by most of the European supermarket chains as an essential condition to be present in their stores.
  It includes strict compliance with the applicable legal requirements, as well as other guidelines for integrated food safety management such as:

  • Control over raw materials and packaging material.
  • In-process controls
  • Controls on finished product, equipment and facilities
  • Management of foreign bodies
  • Allergen control

  IFS Food Standard - Food safety certificate

  Soria Natural complies with European regulations on organic production and processing, in accordance with the European Council Regulation 834/2007 on organic production and labeling of organic products.

  This certification for the primary production of organic plant-based products and for the processing, preparation, packaging and marketing of organic products for human consumption, is audited annually by a Control and Certification Body authorized by the Junta de Castilla y León and accredited by ENAC.

  Organic farming is a production or processing system that is intended to produce high quality, residue-free food, minimizing the impact on the environment and contributing to the preservation of biodiversity without overexploiting the land.

  Consumers of Soria Natural products can easily distinguish those that are labeled as organic, since their packaging incorporates "bio" or "organic", as well as the Euro-Leaf logo.

• ELS Crossed Grain - Certified gluten-free products

  

  We are certified as a producer and packer of gluten-free products according to the European Licensing System (ELS) Regulation.
  More than 40 of our products are certified and have the Crossed Grain logo.

  This symbol, widely recognized by the celiac community and whose registration in our country is managed by FACE (Federation of Spanish Celiac Associations), allows to identify the products that comply with the requirements of the AOECS (Association of European Coeliac Societies) standards based on the standards established by the Codex on foods for special diets for gluten intolerant people.

  This certification is audited every year by Certification Bodies accredited by ENAC to guarantee the implementation of a series of control measures for raw materials, internal control and finished product, as well as a rigorous analysis that guarantees gluten levels below the legal limits.

• V-Label - quality seal for vegan and vegetarian products

  

  More than 50 products of our brand are internationally recognized with the V-Label seal, a unique symbol of quality assurance for vegan and vegetarian products that promotes transparency and clarity in their labeling and allows consumers to recognize them quickly, safely and confidently.

  Soria Natural has been certified by the Spanish Vegetarian Union (UVE), the entity in charge of issuing this label in a unified way together with the rest of the European countries.
  Its main objective is to promote the vegetarian lifestyle and to disseminate its health and environmental benefits.

  This label guarantees that the origin of our raw materials meets the needs of vegan and vegetarian consumers.

  Kosher and Halal certifications guarantee that our products are elaborated according to the criteria of the Jewish Law and the Islamic Law, respectively.
