Broccoli Sushi burger with vegetables.


Why not have an eastern feeling burger? With this recipe, we propose the union of a basic element of Japanese cuisine and our broccoli veggie burger. Take note of this fabulous recipe!

INGREDIENTES:

  • 1 Pack of Soria Natural’s  Broccoli Veggie burger
  • 2 seaweed nori leaves
  • 1 grated carrot
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 pickled purple onion
  • Sesame seeds
  • 150 g of sushi rice
  • Sushi dressing

Sriracha Vegan mayonnaise:

DIRECTIONS:

Boil the rice in a rice cooker or in a stew. For this, add 1.2 times more water than rice (depending on the rice) and cover when it starts boiling. Keep boiling for 12 minutes and then let it settle for another 12 minutes without uncovering.

Put the rice on a tray, add the sushi dressing and mix. Let the rice cool.

Cook the broccoli hamburger in a pan on both sides and reserve.

Mix the vegan mayonnaise, the Sriracha and the soy sauce.

Now, on a nori seaweed leaf, put 1 serving of rice covering the center. Then add the sesame seeds, Sriracha mayo, the pickled onions and the burger, and finish by adding the grated carrot and the sliced avocado. Close the sushi burger by the nori seaweed edges, by folding them to the center. Press lightly and cover in transparent film until it’s time to serve. Cut in half and serve with more vegan mayo if desired.
