Directions
Cut the carrots into thin
slices.
In a saucepan, add the onion,
leek, carrot, seaweed and water; cover and cook over medium heat for 10
minutes.
Dilute the miso with a little
of the soup juice, reduce the heat to a minimum, and add the miso.
Turn off and serve.
You can add soba noodles,
cooking them separately, and sesame.
