Clean and slice the mushrooms, the onion and grate the
tofu with a grater, or slice it if you don’t have any grater. Fry these
ingredients in a frying pan.
Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Meanwhile, clean and cut
the tomato and olives into thin slices.
Spread the dough and cover it with the tomato sauce, much
better if it is homemade. Add the ingredients on top, and bake.
Before serving, place the arugula leaves and a dash of
extra virgin olive oil, and enjoy!
