If you want to make homemade vegan waffles for dinner or brunch, then here you have a recipe! We are adding mushroom spread, but you can use whatever topping you want.
INGREDIENTS
125 mL of organic Oat drink.
50 g of mushroom veggie spread.
A pinch of pink Himalayan salt.
100 g of oat flour.
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda.
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil.
1/2 avocado, cut into slices.
1/2 teaspoon of seed mix.
1 or 2 baby radishes.
DIRECTIONS
Mix the oat drink, flour and oil until getting a homogenous
mass.
Cook the waffle until golden.
Put the sliced avocado and the mushroom veggie spread.
Shred the baby radishes and finish by adding the seeds to your
liking.
In case you don’t have a waffler machine,
you can use a mold and cook at 180 ºC for 15 - 20 minutes.
