INGREDIENTS:
1 pack of natural tofu from Soria Natural
Teriyaki sauce
Garlic powder
Ginger powder
Wheat flour
Panko or coarse bread crumbs
Olive oil
Sesame
DIRECTIONS:
Mix the teriyaki together with the garlic and ginger in a bowl.
Cut the tofu into strips and put it into the sauce. Let it macerate for 20-30
minutes.
In addition, make a light egg-like dough with flour and water, adding water
until you have that density. Drain the tofu sticks and put them in the light
flour dough. After that, coat them in the panko, lightly pressing to make the crunchy
coating adhere to the sticks.
Fry in a pan with hot oil until golden brown, drain on absorbent paper, and
serve with some bimi or pak choi vegetables. Add sesame seeds on the top as
well.
