Do you want to prepare a vegan burrito? We present you our recipe made with seitan, popularly known as the plant-based meat.

INGREDIENTS

  • Sliced seitan from Soria Natural
  • Onion
  • Wheat pancakes
  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Tomato sauce
  • Lettuce
  • Fine sea salt from Soria Natural
  • Olive oil
  • Spices

DIRECTIONS

Wash and cut the vegetables (onion, green and red pepper) and the seitan into julienne strips. Fry all these ingredients in a frying pan with some olive oil.

Add salt and the homemade tomato sauce. Season to taste.

Assemble the burrito by adding some lettuce, the mixture of vegetables, and seitan to the pancake.
