The mixture of chia seeds and fruits such as
pineapple, kiwi or orange makes a perfect antioxidant combination, full of
vitamins and proteins and with depurative action.
All these fruits are rich in Vitamin C and have other beneficial
properties for health. For instance, pineapple contains bromelain with
antioxidant properties and is the main depurative fruit, as it improves

Peel the pineapple and cut it into large slices. Dice
the kiwi and squeeze the oranges.
Add the orange juice, the kiwi and Edulcosor to taste in
a blender. Beat and set aside.
On the other hand, beat the pineapple with a little
water.
Before serving, place the kiwi smoothie first and then
the pineapple smoothie on top. Add chia seeds and some spearmint leaves.
