Asthenia: prevention is better than a cure


The symptoms of asthenia are a feeling of weakness and a general lack of vitality that make it difficult to work and even perform simple tasks. The most efficient treatment is prevention, and phytotherapy may help us here.

  • Have a low-fat diet.
  • Replace the consumption of excitant substances with medicinal plant infusions.
  • Practice moderate physical exercise preferably outdoors, since the sun gives you energy and is a source of health.
  • Have breaks during your work and try to do some relaxing or breathing activities.
